The return process went really smoothly, which was a nice surprise. The warranty reply took a bit longer than I expected, but overall it was handled fine and I’m happy with how it turned out.

It was decent overall, but I’m not sure it totally justifies the price. Some things felt worth it, while others were a bit underwhelming, so I’d say it’s hit or miss.

I got a bike fitting here, i kind of regret waiting so long to do it. My rides feel so much better now, and the staff was really helpful walking me through everything. Definitely made a bigger difference than I expected

I found most of the accessories I needed, which was clutch, but one item was out of stock. Still a decent selection overall, just wish they had everything ready to go.

The bike is working again, so that’s good, but the gears still skip every now and then. I thought the repair would fully take care of it, but maybe it just needs another adjustment or...

Ordered from jaxbicycles.com and shipping was quicker than expected. Tracking came soon after checkout and actually kept updating, which I appreciated.
The box showed up in good shape, bike was packed well, and the driver left it right at my door. Easy order overall, no issues.

I ordered a bike part from Jax Bicycles. Checkout was smooth enough. No issue there. I figured it would be simple, just order it, wait a few days, done.
Then it kind of went quiet. Not much in the way of shipping updates. I ended up emailing them just to see what was happening. They did get back to me, so I’ll give them that, but it took longer than I would’ve liked.
The part did show up eventually, and it was fine. The box was a little banged up though. Nothing major, nothing ruined. Just one of those online orders that felt more annoying than it needed to be...

I stopped in with a few basic repair questions and got Different answers depending on who I asked. it felt like I’d learned more just from Googling beforehand. The people were nice enough, but They weren’t really that helpful

I expected to find a wider range of bikes to compare, but the selection was limited. A few categories barely had anything in them, and some of the models I was specifically looking for weren’t available. The site itself is fine to browse and easy enough to use, but based on what I was hoping to find, I was a bit disappointed. More brands, sizes, and options would make it a lot better if you’re seriously trying to shop around.

the sales guy was really helpful without being pushy. got my bike quickly and the price felt fair. i’d definitely buy from here again

I had a small issue with one of the parts after my bike showed up, so I emailed support at jaxbicycles.com. I wasn’t totally sure how smoothly it would go, but they replied the next day and helped get it sorted without turning it into a big hassle. The replacement did take a few days to arrive, which was okay, I guess. Overall, the support was good. I just wish the shipping update had been a little clearer

I dropped my bike off on Monday and had it back by Wednesday, so that was nice. I would’ve appreciated a call a little sooner, but overall it was a smooth enough experience.
